The trench Revamped in lace, lopped it off at high waist for a bolero effect, belted in stiff leather, belted sleeves and turned out a series of capelets. There were ladylike ombre silhouettes, cocoons and even the British version of the varsity jacket.
This collection was not about subtlety. It was about feminine sex appeal, confidence and a killer figure. The shapes were so tailored, the monotone separates took on a color-blocked spirit, shapes featured waspy waists and molded busts.
