Saks Fifth Avenue //FW11// Most Wanted Trends

Thursday Evening the Saks models walked in a show so good it should have happened twice. The 50 looks by Saks Stylist were visually riveting and thought provoking. It’s a collection that had superpowers, bright BlingBlings, feathers from the shoulders down to miniskirts & flowing materials juxtaposed with sleek, gets tougher with black tuxedo jackets; all from Dolce & Gabbana, DVF to Herve Leger & Manish Arora,...many more. Later in the show, heavy three dimensional embroidery on the decadently tailored golden jacket (by Dolce&Gabbana – shown in the picture below) stole the eye and heart! it was the stand out of the show...

… and in some other ways there was surprisingly plain Chics from Carolina Herrera, Alaia, & Nina Ricci, less eccentric styles.
Also on Thursday Evening, UAE's Fashionistas walked on the red carpet so fabulously it should have been covered by E! there were glam everywhere Red Carpet to reception, catwalk to after party … it was without doubt a fashion night out to remember.  Backstage! I took a sneak peek at the collection before the show, the emotions were quite simply bigger with a closer look at the embroidered with cascading sequins styles, Herve Leger's magical secret along with Victor & Rolf feathers took my breath away!
